Warranty Policy

We stand behind our products and offer a warranty to protect your purchase. So that you can have peace of mind when you buy from us

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects in frames and lenses that occur during normal use of the eyewear.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Duration of Warranty

Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

If any defects are discovered within this period, we will repair or replace the eyewear free of cost.

Claiming the Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please bring your eyewear to any of our Optica branches.
