Return Policy


Goods once sold are neither returnable nor refundable.
Acceptance of product/s will be deemed to be upon receipt by you and in any event within 6 hours after delivery/pickup. Thereafter Optica will not be held liable for any damages/issues with the product/s delivered.

If you would like to claim a return or refund, please send an email with details and photos (where applicable) to support@optica.co.ke within the 6 hour window.

Products that carry warranties will have valid warranties according to the terms and conditions of the brand/s purchased. 

Shipping Policy

Optica assures the Customer that we are doing our best to provide a reliable and efficient service that can deliver packages intact and on time by our delivery partners. Order away, relax, and let us handle the rest.

Delivery typically within 24-72 Hours of Ordering (Unless circumstance that is out of our control).
We will deliver ordered items to the exact address provided for delivery. Please ensure your address is up to date. We will not be liable for any outcome that results from an incorrect address provided. In the case of an inaccurate address, the Customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges and possible delay in delivery time.

The Customer acknowledges that it may be required by the Seller to provide proof of address and identification prior to delivery being made.
