Safe Cleansers: Apply a drop of mild, lotion-free dish soap or dedicated optical lens spray to both sides of the lenses.

Frame Care: Gently wipe nose pads, temples, and frame hinges daily to prevent skin oils and sweat from breaking down the frame material.

Case Protection: Store glasses in a hard-shell protective case whenever they are not being worn, with lenses facing upward.

Makeup Order: Put contact lenses in before applying makeup, and take them out before removing makeup to keep cosmetic particles out of your eyes.

Emergency Sign: If you experience sudden redness, pain, excessive watering, or blurred vision, remove your lenses immediately and consult an eyecare specialist.
